WATCH WARRANTY

If you’d like to submit your watch for repair or replacement, please fill out the form below with your information and put the type of watch you’re submitting in the subject line.

Within 72 hours you will receive an email with instructions and a Tracking Code to include with your shipment.

Please include the following when returning your watch:
• Package your watch securely to avoid any breakage in transit to our facility.
• Do not include original packaging as we do not guarantee the return of such items. Only include the watch.
• Please also include a copy of your original receipt / proof of purchase along with the Tracking Code written visibly at the top
• A printed copy of the service form.
